The single hemp inserts have 4 layers and are made up of a combination of 55% hemp and 45% cotton. They are very absorbent. It is normal for hemp to shrink and lose its shape slightly when washed. The more these are washed the more they become absorbent. They measure 34cm long by 13cm wide before washing.
